What is the Xerox Award?
The Xerox Award is a unique award that is redeemed for gift cards/certificates to over 350 retail, restaurant, travel and entertainment options. The award allows recipients to select EXACTLY what they want.
I received a Xerox Award. How do I get my gift card/certificate?
It's easy. The fastest, simplest way is to redeem it online at the website printed on your paper award. Enter the award number and full dollar value and click on "Select Merchant" to begin the redemption process. Select your retailer choice and shipping method, and your gift card/certificate will be on its way to you. If you received your award via email, click on the link in your email to view your certificate and click the "Redeem Award" button above the award image to be connected to begin the redemption process.
You also can redeem your Award through the mail. (Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing your gift card/certificate.) Simply complete the form that came with your award and mail it to:

Can I redeem my award from more than one merchant?
Yes. Gift cards/certificates are available starting at $10 in $5 increments. If you have awards valuing $20 or more, you can select from multiple merchants.
Once my Award is redeemed, when will I receive my gift card/certificate?
Redemptions for electronic gift cards will be processed within 24 hours. Redemptions for physical gift cards will be processed within 5 business days, delivery may take an additional 1-2 weeks. However, upgraded shipping options are available so you can get your gift card/certificate even faster!
Does the Xerox Award expire?
No, the Xerox Award never expires. However, some individual retailer gift cards/certificates may expire. Please call our Customer Service Consultants Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Central time, at 866-601-5918 with questions.
Can I save up my awards and redeem them all at once for one larger denomination gift card/certificate?
Yes. There is no expiration on the Xerox Award, so you can save them, or redeem them as soon as you receive them.
Will I be taxed for my gift(s)?
Xerox will report all awards to the payroll department and awards will be grossed up. The face value of award(s) are “grossed up” for payroll purposes and will be shown under ‘award’ on their paystub. The taxable amount applied to the employee record is higher than the amount received. The process of grossing the award value up makes it so the employee actually gets the net amount and does not incur a net pay reduction.

How will I be billed for this award?
InComm InCentives will send an invoice to Xerox AP. The awards will be automatically billed to the cost center in which the person who is logged in ordering the awards is linked to. If you choose to bill to another cost center you must do so when it comes through your AP.
If I am using MSN™ Hotmail, Yahoo!® Mail, AOLSM Mail or GMail can I select a Virtual Gift Certificate?
Yes. However, some e-mail service providers such as MSN Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail or AOL Mail, allow users to filter out mail that might be perceived as 'junk' mail. Depending upon the sensitivity level that a user may select, e-mail from InComm InCentives could be inadvertently filtered from an individual's Mailbox. Since e-mail sent to them from the Xerox Award Web site contains redemption information, we recommend that you adjust your e-mail filter settings to the service provider's default or the lowest setting.
