What is a Premiere Choice Award?
The Premiere Choice Award is a unique tool that is redeemed for gift cards to more than 350 retail, restaurant, travel, and entertainment options. It allow recipients to select EXACTLY what they want.
How does this Award work?
It's a simple process. The Award is given to the recipient, who then selects the gift cards they most desire. Awards can be ordered and redeemed easily online.
When will I receive the Award(s) I ordered?
You will receive an e-mail confirming your order a few minutes after the order is submitted. The delivery method for your award (US Mail, FedEx or e-mail) will be based upon the options you selected during the ordering process. Orders up to 1,000 awards that are submitted by 12 p.m. Central time will be shipped the same business day. Orders over 1,000 pieces will require additional processing time. All other orders may not ship until the next business day.
Can the Awards be personalized?
It's up to you. If you choose to personalize the your Awards, simply add a recipient name, a custom message, and your name, company name, or logo. However, blank Awards (no recipient name on the award) are handy to have on hand for on-the-spot recognition needs.
Does the Premiere Choice Award expire?
No, the Premiere Choice award does not have an expiration date. However, some individual retailer gift cards/certificates may expire. Award recipients can call our Customer Service Consultants Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Central time, at 612-321-5831 with questions.
How can I place a large order quickly?
You can upload a data file directly from your PC to our Web site in minutes using the Order Import process. Order Import is an easy way to customize the message, background pattern of awards, dollar amount, and other data field information. If you send the same style of award to recipients on a monthly or quarterly basis, we can save your file format on your account for quick and easy access when placing future orders!

Is online ordering safe?
We invoke a secure software technology, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), whenever you enter personal information on www.gccincentives.com to ensure that you enjoy a safe online shopping experience. The SSL software encrypts your order information to prevent the decoding and misuse of your information by unauthorized individuals.
Some versions of browsers and some firewalls do not permit communication through secure servers.
