BRAVO! PROGRAMS
What is the Bravo! Reward and Recognition Program?
It’s a Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland initiative giving Bank employees one place to personalize awards and certificates recognizing Bank employees for living the Bank Values, and going above and beyond in their work.
What is the difference between the Bravo! Award and Bravo! eCheers programs?
  • The Bravo! Award program is a monetary program for supervisors, managers and officers to provide immediate recognition for exemplary performance.  The award values range between $25 and $500 and can be redeemed for gift cards to more than 350 retail, restaurant, travel, and entertainment options.  There are three delivery options available: paper, print & present, and email.
  • The Bravo! eCheers program offers employees and managers virtual, nonmonetary awards to help express appreciation for the work being done. All employees are eligible to order or receive Bravo! eCheers certificates.
  • Both programs:
    • are aligned to the Bank Values, allowing you to select a value that supports the recognition you are giving.
    • are available for individual or team recognition.
    • allow an email to be sent to the recipient’s manager with the details of the recognition.
    • have a “Say Thanks!” feature, so when an employee redeems an award, they can easily thank the sender.

What is the Bravo! eCheers Peer Recognition Program?
The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland’s Bravo! eCheers Program offers employees and managers virtual nonmonetary awards to help express appreciation for the work being done.  Similar to the Bravo! Award program, eCheers is alighned to the Bank's values to recognize employees for their positive actions and living the Bank values.

There is one Bravo eCheers certificate design, with seven available options. Six of these options list affirmations, while one is blank.  The affirmations used on the awards are:
  • Above & Beyond
  • Cheers!
  • Congratulations!
  • Job Well Done!
  • Teamwork
  • Thank You!
Why should I send someone an eCheers?
Bravo! eCheers are a fun and easy way to recognize fellow employees. They can be used for either individual or team recognition. The direct manager of the recipient(s) can be copied for additional public recognition. Once the eCheers request has been submitted, the recipient will receive a notification email with the certificate image.
What is the eCheers Program Eligibility Criteria?
The Bravo! eCheers Program is open to all FRBC employees and can be awarded to any other employee in FRBC.
What would the individual or team members receive if given an eCheers?
Each team member will receive their Bravo! eCheers via email with a link to a printable version of the certificate.
How do I get access to Bravo! eCheers?
  1. Go to the 4site home page.
  2. Click the Bravo! link under quick links OR use this URL: Engage.InCommInCentives.com/FRBCBravoOrder.
  3. Enter your work email address and click on “Forgot Your Password”.
  4. You will receive a temporary password.  Provide your email and password to login to eCheers.      
My department already has a peer-to-peer recognition program. Do I have to use the new Bravo! eCheers program to recognize my coworkers?
We encourage and recommend the Bankwide use the new Bravo! eCheers program to leverage the many benefits it has to offer. It was created to have consistency within the Bank, so the recognition used in one department is the same as the recognition used in all the departments. This program offers the ability to:
  • Email colorful, personalized certificate quickly and easily, as often as you’d like.
  • Have displayable virtual awards.
  • Recognize employees outside of your function.
  • Have reporting capabilities 24/7.

ELIGIBILITY
Who is eligible to give an eCheers?
All regular full-time and part-time employees are eligible to recognize their peers.
Who is eligible to receive an eCheers?
You can issue Bravo! eCheers to any full-time or part-time employee of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.

ORDERING
How do I access Bravo! eCheers?
  1. Go to the 4site home page.
  2. Click the Bravo! link under quick links OR use this URL: Engage.InCommInCentives.com/FRBCBravoOrder.
  3. Enter your work email address and click on “Forgot Your Password”.
  4. You will receive a temporary password.  Provide your email and password to login to eCheers.      
What is the ordering process?
Go to the Bravo! eCheers section on the Bravo! site, search for recipient, choose a category, select an eCheers, personalize the eCheers, and the electronic certificate will be sent.      
If I have multiple individuals I would like to send eCheers to at one time.  Is there a way to do that quickly?
You can select multiple individuals when placing an eCheers order. Each recipient will receive an eCheers with only their name on it. The personalized message and signature will be the same for all the eCheers.
How do I change the recipient's official name that displays in the eCheers tool so I can use the common name or nickname of the recipient?
You can change the recipient's first name when personalizing the certificate. Simply change the name in the "First Name" box and that name will print on the certificate. You may want to enter the name in all caps for consistency on the certificate.
How do I grant certificates on behalf of a manager?
The manager needs to grand proxy rights to individuals to access the program on their behalf.

PRINTING AND PERSONALIZATION
Can eCheers be personalized?
Yes. In addition to the recipient name, you can enter a customized message up to 500 characters in length, including spaces and punctuation.

DELIVERY OPTIONS
How are the eCheers delivered to team members?
Bravo! eCheers are delivered to the recipient's work email address.
What if the individual I want to send an eCheers to does not have an email address?
All employoees have a Bank email address. Some employees cannot easily access a computer during work hours, however kiosks are available in Human Resources.

When will ordered certificates be sent?
Bravo! eCheers are sent within 90 minutes of the order being placed.
