FAQs for Redeeming Premiere Choice Awards
What is the Premiere Choice Award?
The Premiere Choice Award is a unique award that is redeemed for gift cards to hundreds of retail, restaurant, travel and entertainment options across many regions throughout the world. The award allows recipients to select EXACTLY what they want.
I received a Premiere Choice Award. How do I get my gift card?
E-MAIL AWARD
If your award was e-mailed to you, simply click on the link contained in the email and skip to Step 2: View Merchants below.

PAPER AWARD
The fastest, simplest way is to redeem it online at the website printed on your award. Go to the website follow and the instructions to redeem your award.

Step 1:
Submit Award
  • Enter the award code. Next, enter the full value and click on Enter Award. If you entered your award code correctly, it will appear in the Award List. If you want to redeem multiple awards, repeat this step.
Step 2:
View Merchants
  • Click on the View Merchants button.
Step 3:
Select Merchant
  • Choose the merchant you want by clicking on that merchant's logo or name. You may also use the search function at the top of the page.
  • Next, select the award amount you want to use, along with the quantity of gift cards/certificates you'd like at that value.
  • Note, because each merchant offers gift cards/certificates in specific increments, you may need to order more than one gift card or certificate to reach the total value of your award that you want to redeem.
  • Then click on Add To Cart.
Step 4:
Review Cart
  • If the cart is correct, click the Checkout button.
  • If you still have a remaining balance and you want to select another merchant, click the Continue Shopping button and repeat steps 3-5.
Step 5:
Checkout
  • Enter your shipping information and click on the Continue button.
  • Verify that the information you entered is correct.
  • Read the terms and conditions for the merchants you chose by clicking on the merchant's name.
  • To complete this redemption and receive your gift card(s), you must check the box to the left of the statement that states, "I understand and agree..."
  • Last, click on the Place Order button.
Can I redeem my award from more than one merchant?
Yes, you can! Here's how it works:
  • Each merchant has set a minimum amount for a gift card or certificate. To choose more than merchant, you must have an award value greater than the combined minimum for those merchants.
  • Each merchant has also set its own specific gift card/certificate increments. You can order gift cards/certificates from any combination of merchants and for any combination of values, if your award value is equal or greater than the combined total for the increments you want.
  • You can also carry over an award balance for future use, which means you can order only the gift card/certificate values that you want at that time without worry of losing or forfeiting any award value.
Once my Premiere Choice Award is redeemed, when will my gift card be shipped?
EUROPE
  • Redemptions for certificates in Europe, including the United Kingdom, will ship within seven (7) business days of award redemption.
ASIA PACIFIC REGION
  • Redemptions for certificates in the Asia Pacific region will ship within two to four (2-4) weeks of award redemption.
Will my Premiere Choice Award expire?
No, your Premiere Choice Award will never expire. Some individual retailer gift cards, however, may expire.
Can I save my awards and redeem them all at once for a larger denomination gift card?
Yes, you can! Because Premier Choice Awards do not expire, when you receive one, you get to choose whether to redeem it or to save it. The only restriction for combining awards is that they must be in the same currency.
Can I combine awards of different currencies and redeem all at once?
No, unfortunately, awards of different currencies cannot be combined and must be redeemed separately.
If I am using MSN™ Hotmail, Yahoo!® Mail, AOL? Mail, or Gmail, can I select a Virtual Gift Certificate?
Yes, you can! However, some e-mail service providers such as MSN Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail, or AOL Mail, allow users to filter out 'junk' mail. Depending upon the sensitivity level that you have selected, e-mail from InComm InCentives could be inadvertently filtered from your Mailbox. Since e-mail sent to you from the Premiere Choice Award Web site contains your redemption information, we recommend that you adjust your e-mail filter settings to the service provider's default or the lowest setting.

I have an award, can I redeem part of it and save the remaining balance for redemption at a later date?
Yes, you can! If you are redeeming an award in any currency EXCEPT US Dollars, you can save part of the value of your award. Here's why, and how it works:
  • Each merchant has set a minimum amount for a gift card or certificate, and has also set their own specific gift card/certificate increments. Because your award value may not match the increments set by the merchant of your choice, you are allowed to carry over any part of your award value without worry of losing or forfeiting any award value.
  • The remaining balance of your award will not expire. Be sure to keep track of your award code, original balance, and your remaining balance.
  • You can use your remaining balance, or combine your remaining balance with a new award, at any time in the future.
