Returns You may not return or cancel your The Home Depot Gift Card after it is shipped. 3. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards If you have lost or suspect that someone has stolen your Gift Card, contact The Home Depot Customer Support immediately. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without the purchaser's confirmation email as proof of purchase. If you provide proper proof of purchase, any remaining balance on your Gift Card can be re-issued to you on a new Gift Card. Gift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly. 4. Limitations Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Void if reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Unused Gift Cards may not be transferred. 5. Our Policies Gift Cards are subject to Hallmark Business Connections' Privacy Policy. The Home Depot may provide Gift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift Cards. 6.
