What is the Valued Expressions Card?
The Valued Expressions Card is a unique award that is redeemed for gift cards/certificates to over 350 retail, restaurant, travel and entertainment options. The award allows recipients to select EXACTLY what they want.
I received a Valued Expressions Card. How do I get my gift card/certificate?
It's easy. The fastest, simplest way is to redeem it online. Enter the award number and full dollar value and click on "Select Merchant" to begin the redemption process. Select your retailer choice and shipping method, and your gift card/certificate will be on its way to you.
Can I redeem my award from more than one merchant?
Yes. Gift cards/certificates are available starting at $10 in $5 increments. If you have awards valuing $20 or more, you can select from multiple merchants.
Once my Valued Expressions Card is redeemed, when will I receive my gift card/certificate?
Redemptions for electronic gift cards will be processed within 24 hours. Redemptions for physical gift cards will be processed within 5 business days, delivery may take an additional 1-2 weeks. However, upgraded shipping options are available so you can get your gift card/certificate even faster!
Does the Valued Expressions Card expire?
Valued Expressions Cards may expire. If the card you have expires, an expiration date will be printed on the card near the redemption instructions. Please call our Customer Service Consultants Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Central time, at 866-398-5108 with questions.
Can I save up my awards and redeem them all at once for one larger denomination gift card/certificate?
Yes. There is no expiration on the Valued Expressions Card, so you can save them, or redeem them as soon as you receive them.
If I am using MSN™ Hotmail, Yahoo!® Mail, AOLSM Mail or GMail can I select a Virtual Gift Certificate?
Yes. However, some e-mail service providers such as MSN Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail or AOL Mail, allow users to filter out mail that might be perceived as 'junk' mail. Depending upon the sensitivity level that a user may select, e-mail from InComm InCentives could be inadvertently filtered from an individual's Mailbox. Since e-mail sent to them from the Valued Expressions Card Web site contains redemption information, we recommend that you adjust your e-mail filter settings to the service provider's default or the lowest setting.
