All payment processing and invoicing will come directly from The Home Depot. Payment is required before the order will be submitted to InComm InCentives for fulfillment.

Orders are restricted to one card per order. The minimum value for an order is $50 and the maximum is $7500. If you request exceeds the maximum you will need to place an additional order(s) for the final requested amount.

Gift Cards may be shipped to valid addresses within the 50 states and Puerto Rico, United States Virgin Islands and Guam. We cannot ship Gift Cards to other addresses outside of the U.S. at this time.

The Home Depot will review your order for approval within 2 business days of when the order is submitted. Once your order is approved by The Home Depot, it will be processed and shipped FedEx overnight within 2 business days.

Gift Cards will not be cancelled and replaced without proof of purchase.
